Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems for 2026-scale computational challenges
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits supporting 1000+ qubit operations
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementations for global financial networks
- Optimize quantum machine learning pipelines for real-world industrial applications
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
- Drive patent creation in quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with superconducting, photonic, or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical interface protocols
- Proven track record of delivering production quantum computing solutions
