Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026's AI workloads
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Develop cross-platform quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum accelerators into neural networks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging qubit technologies and topological computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/PennyLane frameworks
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC finalists)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
