Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with >1000-qubit coherence capabilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks for industrial-scale deployments
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical high-performance computing clusters
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize quantum solutions in finance and logistics
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in designing quantum algorithms with demonstrated real-world applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
