Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions across finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Document quantum architectures and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven experience with quantum machine learning algorithms and NISQ-era systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
