Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction algorithms
- Drive research in quantum machine learning for predictive analytics applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Develop quantum software development kits (SDKs) for developer ecosystem expansion
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and algorithm optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in cryptanalysis and post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in agile environments
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum hardware interfacing languages
