Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and hardware-software co-design
- Research and implement novel quantum communication protocols for secure networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum computing into machine learning pipelines
- Present breakthrough research at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation within the quantum ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, topological quantum computing, and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulators
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related quantum technologies
