Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve quantum supremacy in practical use cases
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Create technical documentation and patents for quantum computing innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting qubits and photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
