Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum protocol development
- Collaborate with government agencies and Fortune 500 partners on quantum security frameworks
- Pioneer error correction techniques for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Develop quantum-native software stacks compatible with major quantum hardware platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies or securing major research grants
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubit architectures
