Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-AI system architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning workloads
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Drive research in quantum-enhanced deep learning frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Secure patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Advise C-suite on quantum technology roadmap strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, Qiskit ML)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Publication record in quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and complexity
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage research projects
