Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML models
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Prototype quantum-AI solutions for healthcare, logistics, and climate modeling
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for experimental projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in deep learning and NLP
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Patent portfolio in quantum-AI innovations (preferred)
