Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum computing solutions
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Partner with industry leaders to commercialize quantum AI applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum simulators
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in AI/ML with exposure to quantum advantage principles
