Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for next-gen predictive modeling
- Lead experimental validation of quantum AI prototypes on our 1000-qubit testbed
- Collaborate with government agencies and Fortune 500 partners on quantum security frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, Science AI) and secure patents
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch) and neural networks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU acceleration
