Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum AI solutions for industry partners
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing libraries and research publications
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (QASM, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and classical AI optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
