Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026-era security
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory and AI ethics
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (2020-2023 graduates preferred)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error correction protocols
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (minimum 3 first-author papers)
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (IBM Q, Rigetti) and ML frameworks (PyTorch)
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU acceleration
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
