Responsibilities
- Design quantum machine learning models for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time data analysis
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence in quantum circuits
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum or IEEE journals
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI and quantum engineering teams
- Secure government and corporate grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
