Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for neural-quantum processing
- Lead R&D on quantum neural networks (QNNs) for pattern recognition optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum-AI systems
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to model quantum-biological interfaces
- Architect scalable quantum-AI infrastructure supporting real-time processing
- Publish breakthrough research in quantum-AI convergence domains
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum machine learning principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or neural network architectures
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cognition
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum information theory
