Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency

- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Maintain organized reception areas and common spaces
- Assist with onboarding new employees and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
