Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling etiquette
- Professional greeting and screening of all visitors and clients
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue access badges
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry
- Support event coordination and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
