Responsibilities
- Assist senior professionals and team members in daily operations and project execution.
- Shadow experienced staff to gain insights into industry best practices and workflows.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects relevant to your field of study or career goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Document progress, prepare reports, and present findings to supervisors as required.
- Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid J1 Trainee Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
- Relevant academic background or experience in the chosen field of training.
- Eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months of training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
