Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for hybrid quantum-classical AI models.
- Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of new quantum algorithms to enhance model performance and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket).
