Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architecture for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and lead technical decision-making processes within cross-functional teams.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and maintain the technical roadmap for future technologies, anticipating shifts in the industry landscape.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex system bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest industry standards for data privacy and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of algorithmic efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
