Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the core architecture for next-generation AI systems targeting deployment by 2026, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Federated Learning, and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and high-level architectural strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the engineering division.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex AI models into production environments, optimizing for performance and minimizing latency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary technical lead for stakeholders, translating complex quantum and AI concepts into actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and design systems that can handle massive scale and data throughput.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
