Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines tailored for future market needs.
- Lead the technical vision for the AI department, defining long-term roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and security, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Models) to determine their viability for Nexus Horizon.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across all deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal-level AI architecture role.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
