Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 AI architecture strategy, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure AI systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Autonomous Agents, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is mandatory.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
