Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in the Helpdesk system.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Conduct basic system checks and software installations as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and think critically.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection for remote support capabilities.
