- Document all technical issues, steps taken, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and provide feedback.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through technical setups and configurations.
- Assist in the implementation of new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or related field preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
