Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Operations) within the San Jose area.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques and social media networking, to identify and engage passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
- Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process, including scheduling, agenda setting, and providing feedback loops to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to ensure consistent hiring flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Software or IT sector.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
