Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Fort Wayne
- Partner with HR to create personalized relocation packages
- Research and vet housing options near tech campuses (e.g., Purdue Fort Wayne Innovation Park)
- Facilitate onboarding processes including equipment setup and workspace integration
- Develop local tech resource guides for incoming professionals
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes
- Build relationships with Fort Wayne tech employers and service providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or tech HR support
- Deep knowledge of Fort Wayne's tech landscape and neighborhoods
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with visa/work authorization processes for tech roles
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
