Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Dallas, including housing, visa support, and community integration
- Build and maintain relationships with Dallas tech employers to identify relocation opportunities
- Provide personalized relocation consultations and resource packages for incoming tech talent
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes using CRM systems
- Collaborate with local Dallas tech communities to enhance relocation support networks
- Develop culturally sensitive relocation strategies for diverse international candidates
- Represent TechFlow at Dallas tech events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or tech talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Dallas tech ecosystem and relocation resources
- Experience with international relocation processes and visa documentation
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural competency skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
