Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tech relocations including equipment packing, shipping, and setup at new locations
- Conduct virtual home office assessments and create customized relocation plans
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation for IT assets during transit
- Provide technical troubleshooting for relocation-related connectivity issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop relocation timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Train clients on new home office setups and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT relocation, logistics, or tech support
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveCentral)
- Strong knowledge of networking hardware, AV systems, and office technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Familiarity with Greensboro's tech ecosystem and business districts
