Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and code reviews.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge base of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and one frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management (SQL).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
