Responsibilities
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized tech recruitment boards.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical engineering and design roles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content and blog posts.
- Monitor website analytics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
