Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by effectively demonstrating merchandise features and promotions
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain organized, attractive displays
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
