Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products that meet their specific needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise products to ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Participate actively in store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
