Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Perform inventory counts and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
