Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ambulatory and clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or eligible for endorsement)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or O-1 visa sponsorship
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
