- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays daily
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes

- Participate in seasonal promotions and product training sessions
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology POS systems
- Passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports (a plus!)
- Reliable transportation to Summit Blvd location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
