Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging displays
- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Attention to detail with organizational skills
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale technology
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required for inventory runs)
- Must be available for at least 20 hours weekly
