- Manage inventory processes, including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
- Support store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
