Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in visual merchandising, including stocking, displays, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in receiving, unpacking, and processing new shipments
- Support store operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
