Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions about products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales goals and targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
