Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays throughout the store.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
