Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by following all store policies and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
