Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging displays and maintain store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts, replenishment, and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote store promotions
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
