Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the client's relocation, including packing, shipping, and logistics planning.
- Assist clients with finding temporary housing, schools, and community resources.
- Manage and process relocation expense reports and vendor invoices accurately.
- Liaise with third-party moving companies, real estate agents, and utility providers.
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours for prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with relocating families.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relocation management, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.
