Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation logistics including housing tours, school district guidance, and utility setup
- Provide personalized orientation sessions covering local amenities, transportation, and community resources
- Facilitate smooth transitions by connecting newcomers with essential service providers (healthcare, banking, etc.)
- Maintain detailed client records and progress tracking in our CRM system
- Collaborate with corporate clients to execute tailored relocation packages for employees
- Organize welcome events and community integration activities for relocating families
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing relocation support post-move
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or relocation coordination
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Deep knowledge of Omaha neighborhoods, schools, and local resources
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including occasional evenings/weekends for client events
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative resourcefulness
