Responsibilities
- Coordinate relocation logistics including housing tours, school district orientations, and community introductions
- Assist clients with document processing, utility setups, and local resource navigation
- Build personalized relocation plans based on client preferences and budget constraints
- Collaborate with real estate partners, employers, and local vendors to ensure seamless transitions
- Conduct virtual and in-person neighborhood tours highlighting Las Vegas amenities
- Maintain detailed client records and progress documentation in CRM systems
- Provide ongoing post-move support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in relocation coordination, customer service, or hospitality
- Deep knowledge of Las Vegas neighborhoods, schools, and local resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
