Responsibilities
- Coordinate Move Logistics: Manage the end-to-end moving process, including scheduling movers, arranging transportation, and overseeing the loading and unloading of goods.
- Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines, providing expert advice on neighborhoods and services.
- Documentation Management: Handle all necessary paperwork, including lease agreements, utility transfers, and moving contracts with precision and accuracy.
- Vendor Liaison: Maintain relationships with trusted moving companies, storage facilities, and local service providers in the Las Vegas area.
- Problem Resolution: Address any unexpected issues that arise during the moving process swiftly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree in Business or Relocation Management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, real estate, or relocation coordination.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including traffic patterns, neighborhoods, and logistics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
