- Prepare concise policy briefs and memoranda for senior consultants and clients
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and outreach to key government officials
- Track and summarize relevant developments in assigned policy areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advocacy strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 1-2 years of policy analysis, government affairs, or legislative experience
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written communication abilities for drafting reports and briefs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and policy tracking databases
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Capitol Hill operations and federal legislative process
