Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor vital signs accurately.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient charts, assessments, and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, infection control policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota (or compact state eligibility).
- Demonstrated eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship (H1B, H2B, O-1, or equivalent).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict hospital policies.
